Meet Your Innkeepers:
For years Chuck and Gerry France had been dreaming and planning to own and operate a bed and breakfast in their home. Chuck has always loved to cook and Gerry just loves taking care of people.
Chuck retired from his job as a postmaster and they sold their home and moved to Vermont where Chuck attended culinary school at the New England Culinary Institute (NECI). After two years he graduated with distinction earning a degree in the Culinary Arts, and was selected by the faculty to represent the student body by giving the student address at commencement ceremonies, following an address by celebrity chef and fellow NECI alum, Alton Brown.
After graduation Chuck worked at the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua, NY as a Chef Instructor while they searched for just the right B&B to make their dreams come true. They found it in Dundee, NY, and now you have too!
